The similar approach is shared by majority of Polish specialists, mainly economists.\\nThe spatial planning problems in the restructuring process was taken into consideration in the definition of restructuring process for the first time in Wałbrzych, in April 1991.\\nIn accordance to the definition proposed in the article mentioned above, the restructuring of the region in Poland is a process of transformations of problems arranged hierarchically, relating to political and social, economic, financial law, administration law issues and broadly understood spatial planning problems.\\nThere is a feedback between those problems and decisions should be result from the consensus. The main goal of those decisions is the acceleration of the transformation process of the socioeconomic system, which has to be socially accepted."@en ;
