    azonOnto:description "The aim of the experiment is to determine the calibration curve for paracetamol by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and to qualify its content in a drug (commercially available).\\nElectrochemical methods, such as voltammetry, have found many applications in industry, environmental analysis and toxicity. The main advantages of these techniques are accuracy, repeatability and sensitivity. Voltammetric methods are very interesting techniques because are characterized by selectivity (to the electro active molecules), wide range of linearity and a large variety of electrodes which can be used.  Cyclic voltammetry is often the first experiment performed in an electrochemical study. Cyclic voltammetry consists of scanning linearly the potential of a stationary working electrode  using a triangular potential waveform. In cyclic voltammetry the potential is scanned in two directions: to more positive potentials and to more negative potentials. During the potential sweep, the potentiostat measures the current resulting from applied potential. The resulting plot of current versus applied potential is called a voltammogram."@en ;
