azonOnto:description "The aim of our elaboration is to determine changes in the level of empathy revealed in mobile activity with the ball with the students who start their education in a secondary school in the years 2002-2004. The research comprised the students of grade one of secondary school. We employed ‘Questionnaire Examining Empathy in Physical Education’, which would enable us to determine, in a sten scale, the level of this feature. While analyzing the literature of the subject and the results of the research conducted by the author since the year 2000, we noticed that the level of empathy with the students of secondary schools is not satisfactory. It is differentiated with regard to the sex and the age. Moreover, we have noticed that by adjusting the curriculum of physical education for the needs of young people and introducing exercises, plays and games with the ball increasing empathy, we can positively influence the level of this personal feature and even eliminate the egoistic behaviours of the students.\\nOn the basis of the obtained results of our examinations we can conclude that the level of the empathy revealed during mobile activity with the ball with the girls and boys who start their education in a secondary school is not differentiated in the particular years (2002-2004). It shows that the effectiveness of activities undertaken by the teachers in order to increase empathic values with children and young people is small."@en ;
